I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid for the auto booking service back in April as my original driving test date was months away in September. At the 30 day mark they had not found me an earlier test date so I was about to cancel especially as I managed to go on the DVSA website and get an earlier date in August myself. I then had an email from them to say they had booked me and earlier test which was an hour earlier than the test I had booked myself. I was not Pleased . Luckily This turned out to be a glitch on their system, but I had lost confidence in them by then. Getting a refund for the non service I have had has not been straight forward, communication is poor and I have had to chase them a few times and still haven't received the refund yet. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for this App but this service has not worked out for me and Thier customer service leaves a lot to be desired
