I purchased tickets for the Billie Eilish concert from Tickets Nederland six months ago. The payment was taken instantly, but the tickets never arrived. While the financial loss is frustrating, what truly hurts is the shattered expectations and broken dreams. My friends and I had been looking forward to this night for half a year — it was supposed to be something special. Instead, it turned into a deep disappointment. This company is a scam.
