Terrible Company to work with
If I could give zero starts I certainly would. Great Jones took over property management of my rental home right as I was moving out. They refused to do a walk through with me, sent letters to that address though I changed my address with them both in email and over the phone prior to vacating. They are charging me last month's rent, even though I paid that with my previous rental company upon move in, and have charged "damages" that are covered under Florida landlord Tenant Law as normal wear and tear. There was a huge leak in the roof, that started leaking while we were packing....it took 2 weeks to have someone look at it, and we were told the ENTIRE roof needed to be replaced and the inside of the walls were "soaked". We had a leak several months prior that caused mold to grow all over the walls, and this was reported to them, however, they charged me to paint over these "marks". I have sent a total of more than 20 emails and have received 2 responses. I was told that my security deposit would be returned, as I had already paid a cleaning fee of $300 upon move in, which covers the majority of what I was charged for, however, there is no one to ask if the check is in the mail. Spoke to Christopher New, and Kiani Brown, both of whom REFUSE to answer me. I have requested a supervisor 5 times to no avail. RUN from this company, they don't follow the law and they charge $140 labor for a refrigerator filter install that takes all of 4 seconds.
