Excellent customer service!
Peter and Jelle (who I were in contact with) are wonderful people who care deeply about customer service. You can't go wrong with these people, it is very obvious that they care about what they do and their customers needs. I didn't receive the first package I ordered, and they made sure that I received a replacement with extra tracking. It is great to know that you are in good hands when ordering from TruffleMagic. The truffles I received were not as strong as I had expected. I am 6.2 and 200lbs, and had to eat two packages of Hollandia to get a moderate effect. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience, but I wouldn't call it a mind blowing trip. Maybe the ones I got were less potent than others, or maybe it is a question of personal tolerance (I haven't tried any magic mushrooms before), but it might be a good idea to order the 3 for 2 package in case there are others who need more than one package.
