Hidden costs and customer service non-existent
I ended up paying 300 euro more and customer service is non-existent! Though it is made easy to rent a car through the website, when trying to claim hidden costs, as is their policy, they simply ignore you. I sent 3 messages through the website, but they went unanswered. I have spent 2 hours total in the phone queue, in three call attempts, and they just hang up when you waited long enough. You won’t be informed when it is your turn so it’s 100% in the dark. I was charged an insurance I couldn’t use, a 50 euro extra delivery fee that was not part of the deal, and another 15 euro for a road-service that should be covered by the insurance. 2 stars because it still got me a car, but with literally no customer service I am left with 300 euros less than was agreed…
