Impossible Communication
As a tenant, I found this company to be more or less incompetent. From the beginning, we dealt with incomplete and inaccurate information. There was confusion about how to pay rent and whether we would pay the 3% "convenience fee." They were incredibly quick to threaten us with eviction during the transition from our existing landlord to their service. They routinely sent my roommate an email and then called me - even though I repeatedly told them to email me instead. Our lease renewal process became incredibly stressful and the new lease included ridiculous terms, like no noise should be heard outside the home from more than 2 feet away, no car repairs could be done in the driveway, the tenant would cover all of the landlords legal fees, etc. I would never rent property from this company. And my landlord decided he didn't care for their service either. Good riddance.
