Variety and efficiency
I enjoy the variety of teas offered, especially the caf/decaf options for Irish and English Breakfast. I can drink regular in the morning and decaf thereafter. I'm impressed by the efficiency with which orders are fulfilled; delivery is usually sooner than I expect.
