Updated Review for Book Driving Test.
Initially I placed a one star review to this account, as I had not had a response and found it difficult to communicate with this company. I paid £99.00 for the premium service and due to a clerical issue, I was told that a test was booked at a test centre that was not requested. However, after placing my review and calling the company Fake, I received a phone call from a very polite lady who could NOT apologise enough for the issue that was caused. They promptly, as promised refunded the £99.00 fee to my credit card and out of the blue offered me an amazon voucher as a goodwill gesture. Sadly they should make it clearer on their website the correct contact details as this will stop further confusion. So after all said and done, no axe to grind and they have very professionally corrected their mistake, so a 4xxxx review. From a genuine NOW happy customer.
