I purchased my car insurance through yourselves, told to download the app where I can change or add drivers, guess what downloaded the app but can log into check my policy I've called you's 3 times to tell you & all I get ill pass it on to IT, spoke with IT for nearly an hour he couldn't figure it out & dropped the call without even calling me back, policy due to start next week & I'm still unsure if everything is OK, wish I'd stuck with my previous insurance as I've not had any problems, I only changed because of price.
