Great Customer service
I have never had a bad experience with Red Dress-ordered from them several times. I do agree the shipping sucks, but I think we get spoiled with Amazon Prime and forget the cost of postage-take something to the post office and see what it cost you to ship it three states over! I bring up shipping because my storing begins and ends with shipping. I bought a couple items from them-two were a little big, so I put them in the big to return, but after I started the process, I decided to keep the one, for they didn't have a smaller size, and I loved it; however, I forgot to take the shirt out of the bag and ended up shipping it back to them with the other return. I emailed CS, and they got back to me immediately ( on a Friday). Nikki was gracious and helpful, saying it looked like they would receive my return on Monday, and she would have returns check for my shirt ( since I wasn't sure it was there-just couldn't find it anywhere in my house), and she would let me know. Sure enough, on Monday, she emailed and said the shirt was there, and they had already repackaged and shipped to me at no charge. I received it two days later. So, say what you want about shipping and customer service, but they could have blown me off and never responded, and they absolutely didn't have to ship it back for free when it was my stupidity.
