Utter cr@p - useless customer support.

They charge a “premium product” price (£80 U.K.) but their technical support department is hopeless. I keep receiving a pop-up message telling me that “The FIXD Network is currently experiencing an issue. We are working to fix this as soon as possible. Please try again later.” when trying to use this in a range of different family vehicles. I’ve been trying now for 4 days, same response. I did use their support portal to report this issue the first day I received the product and received a reply from “Brian Cooper @ FIXD” asking for “the VIN, make, model, and year of your vehicle?” which I sent, and then...... nothing (looks for appropriate tumbleweed emoji......) I’ve tried this unit on 3 different cars so far: 2 x Ford (2009 Mondeo and 2012 Fiesta) and a Honda (2015 Civic) and all get the same response regarding the “FIXD Platform issue.” At least I purchased mine via Amazon, so it will be going back for a full refund. I do appreciate that companies can sometimes have IT and network issues, but not updating a customer on when they can expect such problems to be resolved, especially when they have an open support request, is VERY POOR customer service - not something I would expect from a business looking to charge such a premium price for its product. Sadly there is no option to leave ZERO STARS, they certainly do not deserve the one I had to give to leave this review.
