AVOID A STORE LIKE THIS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY
Horrible and irresponsible service. £70 were at stake and no one cares! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I would never suggest ordering from them. Long story short, ordered from them and enquired if this can be delivered on time and they promised yes but did not deliver. I agreed to accept on the next day and they delivered it to someone else’s house and told me it’s delivered. When I called them they said we cannot contact DPD now so we will investigate and let you know. Next day they deliver the same package from someone else’s house and send it to me even though I said I would not accept like that. The frozen stuff obviously went bad and mangoes box was spoiled too. They do not want to refund money at least for the bad stuff. Waste of money and strength as they do not care for your money. A frozen stuff kept outside for 24hrs is consumable according to them and they asked me to check if there are any bucks(dont know what bucks mean??) and if there are any then they will think. So I have to feed my small kids and family cuz they won’t take it back. 1. DELAYED DELIVERY 2. DELIVERY TO WRONG ADDRESS 3. TAKING THE SAME PACKAGE THAT WAS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND SENDING IT TO ME . 4. GETTING DOWN TO A LEVEL OF CHEATING, LYING AND BLAMING JUST BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND FEW BUCKS.
