I am responding to Routes response to my initial complaint (see their response below). Unfortunately, Routes response is unhelpful since I contacted their customer service PRIOR to writing my review and was told that they wouldn't do anything because I signed a contract agreeing to the SunPass charges. What Routes customer service in India doesn't seem to understand is that the contract was signed based on false information provided by the Routes representative. I have now filed a complaint with the Florida State Attorney General's office so that office can look into what appears to be a pattern of fraudulent practices by Routes. To clarify, we recommend the SunPass option for added convenience, particularly for customers whose insurance does not cover toll charges. This helps ensure a smooth driving experience without the risk of activation fees or fines for using toll roads. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding regarding toll payment options.
