Never got my product, and customer service guy has a major attitude
I ordered a microphone a month ago and never got it (I ended up cancelling my order after getting sick of waiting and I ordered it somewhere else, which was delivered within 24h), I called several times to ask what was going on but the customer service employee had a terrible attitude, very snappy and grumpy, like it was outrageous that I'd rob him of his time by calling. It's not like I caught him on a bad day either since I called on multiple different occasions. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I'm not ordering anything here again
