booked next day pallet service paid £116 no pallet on lorry on collection no tracking info as promised no communication at all no delivery next day lied to by staff saying it was out for delivery what a shambles use these people at your peril they have said it was a mistake by their booking system now they have said its out for delivery again 2 days later!!! no apology but a small refund still no delivery!!!
