It took 3 pushes on her device and 2 minutes for someone to answer. Susan is my mom and I am her contact person. Your company called me said that my mother pushed button three times, she thought it was a heart attack and ems was dispatched. When can I get to her location and make and model of my car/ color. My mom arrived at emergency room unresponsive and blue!! My mother does not know if she feels safe with your device. 2 minutes to answer a phone is way to long for a person in a dire need.
