APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am a recent customer of online-pharmacy4u.co.uk. The good news. The items arrived quickly. The bad news. One item arrived broken and not fit for purpose. The aftercare customer service is truly appalling. They NEVER accept any responsibility and will try to defend every single negative review or claim it was fake. They will respond saying they have offered me a full refund. True. BUT they will fail to explain that this took several emails AND that I will not get this refund UNTIL I return the broken, leaking bottle of liquid, together with the original stinking, soggy packaging to them through the Royal Mail. I was looking for a refund of £4.35! They will say they need the leaking bottle for ‘audit accountability purposes’ but fail to explain how they did not need it back when they first suggested a 50% refund. Figure that out. I wish I had read the reviews. I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money. You might be lucky, but if you have a problem be aware that you will probably have a long, frustrating battle on your hands dealing with their ‘customer service’. I tried to pursue a refund out of principle but in the end just gave up and bought a replacement item elsewhere with no issues.
