DO NOT BOTHER
We signed for a house and got approved, we were told that there were no other applications and then told that there were 2 other applications but none were being moved forward. Then after we got approved they gave the house to someone behind us. So very unprofessional, ignored calls all day then had to call AGAIN to find out that we did not get the house because they “messed up”. They never apologized for the mess up. They also were extremely hard to get in contact with until a father they messed up. There ended up being one application in front of us which got approved and they were told they the first application was not going to move forward because of a price change. We signed for the higher price and got approved and then they go back and lower the price back to what the first applicants wanted???? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!
