I had my half my perfume stolen after…
I had my half my perfume stolen after my room was cleaned. Reported it as soon as it happened and the staff couldn’t do anything till the manager came in 3 days later. Management did nothing about it to resolve or compensate for the theft. They claim they don't cover loss or damage on personal items but it was theft and they know it. I’m really disappointed and won’t be returning back.
