Scam! Do not give these people your credit card info or your identification!
Scam. They tried to scam me during a pandemic. Unbelievable. If you’re going to run a business by outsourcing all of your customer service to India to cut costs on hiring people that live in and are familiar with the areas they are managing, you should at least have leasing agents that can meet with people in person. Every time I call I get someone from an overseas call center. I ask if there’s an actual person that is in my area that can meet with me face to face and they tell me everything is online. How can you rent a property to someone you’ve never even seen in person. I could easily fake my identity and provide them false information and move into the house and do whatever I please if that is the way this “business” is really renting to people. I have NEVER heard of property management company that doesn’t have even one actual human being that meets with potential renters. This is definitely a scam and I will let everybody I meet know not to rent with “Great Jones” I am the General Manager of a popular hotel and I have multiple people that come from all across the country to my area to look at potential places to rent and I will be telling them all to steer clear of these scammers. Just look at all these other negative reviews. This is such a joke.
