I have now used Smart Estate Agents twice, the first time I used them was to sell a four bedroomed house, and as I had not dealt with them before I choose to pay on completion which cost more but made me feel protected. I should of course opted for the up front fee and saved even more money. They have now just sold another property for me which I paid for up front with no worries at all. They sold this very quickly but due to a legal delay this sale fell through, but they quickly sold it again at no extra fee. Excellent service 5 Star.
