We dealt with Charlotte Callin the Malaysia and Borneo specialist. She was very professional and not pushy at all when we were considering booking our Malaysia trip. When we booked, she answered every query quickly and readjusted all our travel plans by a day at our request which was probably a lot of work. She arranged 2 video calls to discuss last minute arrangements and to answer all our queries. I would be more than happy to use this travel agency again as the standard of hotels were a very high level and all the arrangements were extremely well managed.
