Good Not Great
Easy to navigate website. Listings are well informed. Straight forward transaction. A little hiccup with delivery however after an email to the company I got my order delivered a few days later. Would have given five stars however between the hiccup with delivery and the very short brief reply, not what I would expect reply for an online retail company in regards to a response. This is why. (Suggestion) If the company updated the layout of email repsonse along with adding company logo, for example. This I think could greatly improve things on a customer service aspect.
