Integrity and honesty
I received a cold call from a telemarketer about 5 years ago, whereby I agreed to a meeting at my home with a consultant from Smart Energy with a view to considering the installation of solar panels. I was so impressed with the thoroughness of the evaluation, the professionalism and frankness of this lady , the relaxed, low pressure delivery, we decided there and then to get the ball rolling. According to all electrical contractors that have visited since, the installation was of a very high quality, both in terms of product and workmanship. All bases were covered by Smart Energy, down to instructions for the inverter, and downloading software to our smartphones for monitoring etc. I have since been approached by Smart Energy regarding a battery, and nothing has changed. Smart Energy’s people are helpful, well informed, patient, polite, personable and reliable. This company just oozes INTEGRITY and good intentions. In the words of John Paul Getty….. “Pay a fair price for a good company, never a good price for a ‘fair’ one”.
