This is the third time I have rented a car with you. I couldn't use the key and go machine because the lady at the counter had blocked the collection of the keys. I had to wait a good half hour for the lady at the counter to ask me what had happened even though she saw that I couldn't collect the keys. The other colleague at the counter had gone to get coffee and was therefore not present. When my turn finally came, the clerk at the counter asked me what my address was because I had 2 profiles open and she just wanted to check. All this would have been possible simply by writing me an email or asking me before making me wait half an hour in front of her!!!! This time I am not satisfied with the service. The car had very worn tires and was not clean.
