Avoid at all costs, sale collapsing due to poor communication

Avoid at all costs. My buyers are using this firm. They refuse to respond to any emails or phone calls. We call three times a day and they never get back to us. I have been waiting 4 plus weeks for a call back for this firm. The sale will collapse due to the poor communication. We are all completely exasperated by the abysmal service.
