Shockingly rude & unprofessional

I was in contact with Ellie from Bear Estate Agents (Basildon) regarding a property viewing in Hornchurch. She was extremely rude, disrespectful & unprofessional. Reasons for my 1 star rating : 1. While I was enquiring about the property & tried to view it, for some reason she was not willing to arrange a viewing for me. I literally had to insist her to view the property. And in the middle of the conversation while I was speaking, she literally said bye & hung up the phone on my face! When I called her back & asked why she hung up the phone while I was speaking, she said “I thought the conversation was over”! Strange! 2. After the viewing, I was informed that my offer (though I had placed my offer at asking price) has been rejected by the landlord because the other party had offered a bigger deposit. Why would a landlord reject an offer because of the deposit amount? If someone has to reject the deposit/ finance, It should be the bank, right? Note : I had mortgage agreement in principle at hand while viewing the property. 3. When I was about to tell her to keep me informed for any other similar property in the area, she didn’t even let me finish & said bye & hung up the phone on my face again ! What kind of estate agent are you who “repeatedly” hangs up the phone on the face of their clients when they are in the middle of a conversation?
