Bad business DriveTime Taylor
I was sold a vehicle that had the check engine light on and faint ticking coming from the hood. Vehicle didn’t have check engine light during test drive on Friday. Next day, I paid my down payment got insurance and did the walk through before taking the vehicle, I noticed the check engine light during the walk through. Sales person advises they can’t sell me the car with the check engine light present, but the transaction was done so they did sell me a car with the check engine light present. They took the vehicle to the shop and told me they would call me Monday. Never received a call Monday and when I called in I was told vehicle wouldn’t be ready til end of week with no accommodation. I asked for my refund and still haven’t received my refund. I’ve been told multiple times that my money should be in my bank account, when I speak wit my banking institution, there’s no money pending. It’s been over a week and I’ve still yet to receive my refund. I’ve gotten my lawyer involved. If it was going to take some time for me to get my refund, just say that but through the entire experience after paying my down payment I was treated like they didnt want my business or as if It’s not their problem anymore. Do better!
