Poor service at every turn
Beercocks arranged viewings without telling me, I had people turning up to their viewings at my house without my knowing, very awkward when answering the door. I had people stuck outside my house when they hadn’t told me they’d booked viewings. I bought and sold with them, my email was added to a long list of customers emails without the email addresses being hidden and after ringing up 3 times on moving day they didn’t bother to tell me the keys were ready.
