Cruise cancelled and pathethic alternatve provided
A portion of our Virgin Voyages cruise was cancelled as it travelled through Red Sea. Despite Virgin offering an 3 alternatives, Ignite Travel only considered 1 of these, and then said that choosing another one would be an additional cost. (Despite Virgin agreeing to cover the difference for the inconvenience) obviously the least value and 5 days instead of 15. Their customer service is atrocious, they honestly don't care at all about clients or offering value, don't consider needs of customers and I would never recommend to anyone. Do not use them, they don't deserve to be in business.
