From my experience I have always held Richard Kendall in high regard.. Since the day my sister told Richard Kendall himself he could not come into her room to value our property unless he paid £10. He still went in the room but a cheque for my sister followed! Now being in the position to purchase a property myself I cannot fault the service I have had.
