A ridiculously frustrating experience
This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had in years. There was a complete lack of comprehension of the contents of the documents provided for verification. Then , when we were still jumping through random hoops, we were told that the application had”timed out”. As we were paying upfront in cash for a year in advance these were all moot anyway. The whole process was ridiculous. I would highly suggest further training to increase the likelihood that employees actually understand the goals of what they are doing and are able to go off script.
