From initial contact with Garry, from sales, Richard the surveyor, Claire, installations and Jim, the fitter, everything was 1st class and professional. All contact with company personnel was customer focused. The windows are a quality product and the finish which Jim left was excellent. I had several quotes and DX Home Improvements was very competitive and I would recommend them that you could place an order with confidence and that you would get value for money.
