Customer support was great, however I waited 2+ months for the order of my headlight eyebrows and a black badge for my car. The timeframes were inconsistent showing around 4 weeks max on the listing then when in contact they said 6-8 and I received the actual products far after 8 weeks which just isn't what I'd expect, especially for products as common as these. The quality of the products appear to be good!

I had my car hit while it was parked leaving a dent and scratching all alongside my front bumper. Eventually after going through the party at faults insurance they directed me to FMG, where I was called by their head office to book in my repair, which was 4 weeks away which I thinks quite a long time. Nonetheless the time came around I had the option to pick up or drop off, initially I picked a collection but the person was leaving it very late in the day so I dropped it down in the end. It took a week and 2 days (as they don’t work weekends) to have my car back. Getting updates was frustrating at first as their phone lines were down I had to call their head office to get an email sent to be called. Then I got texts towards the end of it being sorted and was told I can collect it. After collecting it the front trim they for some reason replaced was bulging out either side which it wasn’t before, and the front wing alignment was somewhat off however I don’t see them being able to fix it too much it’s just the quality of the job done, their paint job was good despite finding a mark or two. My car did accumulate a new red dent in the rear but I can’t say 100% it was them but it wasn’t there before it went to them. Not a bad experience.
