Extortianate prices
The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly. My existing dash cam, bought from Halfords and hard wired by them 9 years ago is faulty. So today I went to the Guisely store and was seen by a young man whose name I cannot remember, sorry. He was brilliant. I decided to purchase a new dash cam and again have this hard wired, being prepared to pay the £80 for this. Imagine my surprise when I was advised it would cost me a further £50 to have the old dash cam removed. HALFORDS, HAVE YOU NO SHAME, THIS IS EXTORTIONATE. Kindly respond hiving your reasons for this. Thank you
