The worst experience I have ever had…
The worst experience I have ever had placing an order. The most un-professional bunch of people to deal with. It took a week to fill a small order of only 3 items and when the items arrived, one was missing. When I called their customer care, I was told I had to wait another 3 to 5 business days for them to find out what happened. Working my way up to a supervisor, I was told (and made her put it in writing and email to me) that I would receive the part in 48 hours max. 48 hours came and gone and still no sign of the missing part. This is a mickey mouse company. I will never place an order with these clowns.
