Awful place, BAD customer service (2)
I previously left a review about a bad experience on 21 July 2024 and received a reply advising me to call (by the website) and open a case (Ref: 23766882). I followed their instructions and have since made over 20 calls trying to get an update—without any meaningful response. The lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating. It feels like no one takes responsibility, and my concerns are being completely ignored. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. I have created a YouTube review as well to alert buyers.
