Terrible customer service
A delivery of alloy wheels was damaged by Paisley Freight in late November, despite initially agreeing I had a valid claim they proceeded to ignore all my email correspondence through December. Finally at the beginning of January they sent me a very poorly written email claiming my alloy wheels hadn’t met their packaging requirements so my claim had been dismissed. They stated boxes were required for all alloy wheels to be transported in when it CLEARLY states on their website that the requirements are for them to be wrapped in bubble wrap and enclosed in cardboard. I had paid the extra money for the insurance and had wrongly assumed this would be an easy case to sort. I would strongly recommend people avoid Paisley Freight and do not purchase their extra insurances.
