I was contacted then by one adjuster…
I was contacted then by one adjuster then was changed to another. I cannot understand why i was not paid for all the invoices provided. After all i am not getting the money. It was for work that was done for damage from the storm. I was out of hydro for 21 days and was doing everything thing i can get service. It was a very stressful experience dealing with the insurance company. Now i am stuck with an invoice that is very difficult for me to work with . I have never made an insurance claim before and i hope i never have to make another one. I am sorry that it was not a pleasant experience. Terry.
