Worth giving it a try
I've such a positive experience with Rula that I recommend it for anyone interested in mental health services. I had previously tried two other online service, neither could provide what I was looking for and whose services were subpar. Rula really pairs you with the right provider conducive to your needs. Exceptional customer service as well when I've reached out. The only improvement they could make is to their online access. They don't have an app and you have to jump through hoops to get into your account plus the billing is on a totally separate account and webpage that they aren't very transparent about. It would be nice if there was more transparency on the billing and customer portal sites.
