Zero communication- absolute nightmare.
Marcy in the Kitchener office has been the only helpful and redeeming person in our entire experience with our flood claim placed in April. It is now August and beyond the initial emergency work that left our basement a concrete shell, nothing has been done. No content claim finalized, no work done through the vendor, no straightforward communication with our adjuster... nothing. As a first time homeowner and a first time claim, this has been the most excruciating process to go through, and our family is on the brink of stress taking us over.
