Anglian water failing to accept responsibility

For some reason better known by the water companies Anglian water took over from Hartlepool water company and bill customers for water supply and sewerage, despite the sewerage being managed by Northumbrian Water (why Northumbrian water don't supply water I don't know). The page on Anglian website is not correct for customers who have Northumbrian water for their allocated sewerage, as these customers are billed at 100% of water usage and no abatement is made for garden hose watering or vehicle cleaning etc for some reason, unlike other Anglian Water. I wanted to include the hyperlink to Anglian website but not allowed on Trustpilot. I contacted Anglian water and a very nice chap said he could not understand why this was as he thought I should be discounted 10% for all the years I have had to pay sewerage. He was going to look into this but when he got back to me he said he could only refer me to Northumbrian Water for an explanation. But I pay Anglian water for both, I don't have an account with Northumbrian water so if they take the payment then they are surely responsible.
