My case number is 6167562. Horrible company! I was promised a refund of USD168 before the coronavirus caused the locked down in many countries. And I’ve waited for eight weeks since 2/25 and sent many emails but heard nothing from them. Can I can this a scam? Yes, because they didn’t do whatever they promised me.
