Gorgeous room. Excellent service. I was launching my book “Jam & Jerusalem” at Toronto branches of Indigo, the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful with transport, special diet, a meeting room, carrying boxes of books, anticipating needs I didn’t, taking a close interest in my well being, while being utterly unobtrusive.
