Nice new car on arrival
Nice new car on arrival, Car pickup took 40 min to fill out paperwork check car etc,on returning car we were hit with a charge of £20 to clean the car! We refused this and took the car away to local petrol station and had it cleaned ourselves for £4, once again buried in the small print was a clause stating Car had to be brought back clean! After renting cars all over the world this is the first time we have been charged to wash the car on return. Would avoide this company unless you are prepared to have the car valeted just before you return it.
