Wrong instructions during pickup. Had to pay 120eu extra for damage we didn't do.
Got wrong instructions during pickup Albania airport. When we came back we had to pay 2000 lek extra (1500 was fair tho) and 120euro for damage we didn't do. Even tho we had 'full insurance'. First and the last time renting here.
