The gentleman was extremely professional and courteous. He assisted me with purchasing an inflatable dog cone collar (hidden away in a drawer) - he was knowledgeable, polite, proficient and so friendly! It honestly was a 10 out of 10 transaction and one of the reasons why I'm so loyal to your brand. He should be commended for his professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service.
