A few admin issues at their end, but an excellent car and great value.
Keep in touch with Jucy before your pick up date... I paid and completed the forms two days before, confirmed that everything was done the evening before, and yet I got several urgent emails ,(from three different Jucy staff members!!!) just as I was due to collect the car from Dunedin airport telling me I hadn't paid and that my car would not be waiting!!!! Stressful and concerning. Once sorted out by more ph calls, the experience improved. Brilliant car (Suzuki Swift), clean and tidy and pretty new... very economical and great to drive around the Central Otago area for four days. Many kms and no issues at all. Easy drop off. Very happy in the end. Really good value for money and I would recommend without hesitation.
