Finally received the item!
So I’ve not received my product. The tracking that they sent me says it’s in transit but it’s been in transit since November. I emailed customer service and they sent me another one however the tracking on it states it has not been picked up by the shipping partner. Only a label was created. I would like to review the usefulness of the ball, but I think they just took my money. I hope to be able to come back and change this review if I ever get the product. Edit : The shipping was slow and the tracking was not accurate. I have now received 2 of the 3 orders they mailed. I believe the first one was lost. After Christmas, I will return with the review about how the ball worked for my grandson.
