We have just bought a Ford Puma from John Grose and we were very pleased with the service from start to finish. We were shown a car online that was in the Ipswich branch. There was no problem in bringing it over to the Lowestoft branch where we had a test drive and went on to purchase it. Gary Day looked after us and arranged everything. Really pleased with his help and advice. Would definitely use them again.
